Shirt doesn’t fit right? No worries, we’ll make it right – For Free

Your Tailored Titans shirt is built for you, and we guarantee a perfect fit on all orders.

Our custom fit model has been tested at being 99% accurate, but what happens when you’re one of the 1%?

We’re so confident that your shirt will fit perfectly that if you’re not 100% happy with the fit we will either pay for tailoring to fix it (and update your shirt size for future) or make you a new shirt. This way your time in the gym will not be wasted with shirts that don’t fit you.

Perfect Fit Guarantee

We offer a perfect fit guarantee on all orders. If you’re not 100% happy with the fit we will either pay for tailoring to fix it (and update your shirt size for future) or make you a new shirt.

Since we provide this guarantee, if you purchase more than one shirt in your first order, we will make one shirt first to make sure the fit is perfect and then make the remaining shirts once this has been confirmed.

If you find that your shirt isn’t a perfect fit please email us by clicking here. Please include your order number, which can be found on the email confirmation that was sent when your order was processed. You may will be asked to provide photos and details of where the shirt doesn’t fit perfectly to help us to correct it.

If we’re unable to correct the fit using a tailor then you will be asked to send back the shirt that doesn’t fit right. Your replacement shirt will be ordered once this shirt has been received and reviewed.


We are happy to offer 30 day returns on all purchases, unless otherwise noted on certain products. Return requests must be received within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Requests after this point not be accepted.

We are pleased to offer this return policy on unworn items in their original condition. We have remarkably low rates of return and we are proud of the custom, high quality garments that we make. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns on our products that have not been worn or have their labels removed.

Please note that you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase less the shipping cost. The shipping cost is non-refundable, as that was the total to ship the initial order to you.

Please submit you return request via email by clicking here. To help process your request, please enter your order number in the subject line and provide details regarding your return.

If your merchandise is returned to us due to a failure to pay customs or duties, you will be charged the cost of shipping and refunded the remaining amount. For example, if your product order totals $200 and we ship the order to you for $15, you will not be refunded the shipping costs. By purchasing from Tailored Titans, you understand that duties may be required to import the products into your destination country.
Tailored Titans is not responsible for any customs fees or duties.

How do I make a return?

Please submit your return request via email by clicking here. Your order number can be found on the email confirmation that was sent when your order was processed.

If you wish to return your product, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend the use of a tracked shipping service, or provide a proof of postage receipt as we cannot refund or exchange lost returns.

All products must be shipped back unworn with labels on in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. The returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be refunded and will be returned to you, or a restocking fee will be charged, which will be determined on a case by case basis.

For international returns outside of the Australia, please indicate on package "RETURN, NO DUTIES". We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for duties and customs. If you elect to return your product and you are based outside of the Australia, we will not be responsible for any duties/customs that you have paid.

When will I receive my refund?

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned product was not worn and labels removed. Once we refund your order, the funds will be available on the original payment account according to the terms, conditions, and practices of your banking institution. We cannot control how quickly the funds are returned to you once we submit the refund.
